The death of one man is a tragedy. The death of millions is a statistic.

The death of one man is a tragedy. The death of millions is a statistic.

thought to be said by Stalin..

Interesting is it not..

Today my thoughts go out to the 100,000+ in the Tsunami and their families and now also to those in Pakistan..

But these are just two large disasters.. Millions more die each week and we dont blink an eyelid.

Thoughts now go out to the families and friends of the Forgoten ones in the world. Wherever you are... Dont despair there is light at the end of that tunnel it may just be a long one..

In despair there is no hope, Hope gives you the ability to rise out of the blackness that surrounds us all...

Skills transfer

The only way to really learn something is to teach someone else.

Spend some time teaching someone else a new skill and you will find you know it so much better.

When you teach someone else they have different questions, they may not know where to start, and you have to start from a place where you may not have been for a while..

When you transfer your skills you also gain more in the experience. They will not threaten your job unless they teach more people. But by then you can teach them more..

Join the learning curve.. When you stop learning your dead....

The only difference between a rut and a grave is their dimensions.

This was a quote from my computer this morning I think it is the idea for the day..

If you are in a rut, you are just getting pratice for your coffin..

Jump up and get out of it...

Decide what is important.

During your day think about what you are doing,

A thing i learnt a while ago was OPM

Look at all the things you have to do and look at what the overall outcome will be.

Then list these items in importance of the outcome.

Do the most important first... Make some progress each day..

P is the purpoose of each item..

M is the Method..

Put a wiggle into it...

As your day is progressing at times put a wiggle into your set or have a little dance every so often. It will make you feel better and revived as you go around doing your duties..

The more boring it is the more wiggle required.
Feeling really bad today have a massive tummy ache.

But on the bright side it will go away soon.

It was what I call self inflicted injury. I ate too much and lots of cheese last night. Never a good combination for my stomach.

All better now only took 3 Hours....

All things have a bright side. I actually got some good work done while the pain was their, I had to put all my concentration on the work so it worked really well..

Back to the desk, and the piled up work I have put off..

If you don't have something good to say..

Keep you mouth shut.. I find it funny to see school yard tactics used in business, politics and even the news.

Remember the little word Karma... It does happen.. What goes around comes around.

I girl that insulted and swore at me years ago had it come back at her in her son last week. Her son was suspended from school for swearing, my wife asked the child where did you learn those words. Mummy he replied.

Keep it clean and nice and people will respect you later on..

Do you go to a job interview or meeting in a suit or nice clothes do the same with your mouth..

Also remember that everyday is another interview, every person you meet is another opportunity, just the door is not open yet.

Dont get too angry with Mango Parfait I think she likes to stir the pot..

The other mag I really love and I am waiting for this months delivery is Linux Format..
On the weekend I saw someone get angry when they should have been happy..

The taxi I was riding in hit another car, and the other driver lost it..

There was no damage, If I was him I would have been the happiest person alive. Come on you get hit by a taxi and it leaves no damage, just a wipe of the finger and the paint from the taxis bumper came right off the other car...

He was so angry and he had his daughter in his car, I told him to calm down and be happy as it is much better to be happy about it than not..

He said he was trying to scare the taxi driver, Come on. I know a small fact they do more miles per day than we all do in a week, and if they have an accident once a week this is better odds that most drivers. They are trying to make a living not hurting anyone else.

Also another thing about taxi drivers, If they have an accident they lose money as they cannot drive the car anymore, where as most of us can get into a jeepney or taxi and we are at work..

I know they seem to be the worst drivers but let them have a chance. and be happy if possible....

If in the future you would laugh about something why get angry now why not laugh it off. Makes you feel much better..

Also tanks to my friendly commentary person.. Thanks for the support..
